At LEMON + LEIGH, we do not ship physical products. All purchases made through our website consist of digital service packages, treatment credits, or appointment bookings.

Because our offerings are service-based and delivered in person at our physical location, the following policies apply.

1. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any products.
All purchases on our website—such as service packages, memberships, and treatment bundles—are delivered digitally and redeemed in person at our MedSpa.

2. Delivery of Digital Service Packages

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Details of the service package or credit purchased

  • Instructions for booking your appointment

  • Any necessary consent forms (if applicable)

No physical items will be mailed to you.

3. Processing Time

Digital confirmation emails are typically sent immediately after purchase.
