Cancellation Policy

At LEMON + LEIGH, we are committed to respecting both our clients and our service providers. To ensure efficient scheduling for everyone, we kindly require a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations.

All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a service fee of:

• $50 for appointments under 30 minutes

• $100 for appointments over 30 minutes

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will also result in the same service charges listed above.
