At LEMON + LEIGH we are committed to providing high-quality services and exceptional client care. Please review our non-refundable policy before booking any appointment, purchasing packages, or buying products.
1. Services
All payments made for services—including but not limited to aesthetic treatments, injectables, laser procedures, and skincare services—are non-refundable. Once a service is completed or partially completed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the result, as treatment outcomes may vary from person to person.
2. Packages & Prepaid Treatments
Packages, treatment series, and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a client is unable to complete a package for any reason, remaining sessions may be credited toward other services at the discretion of management but will not be refunded.
3. Deposits
Certain appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. Deposits will be applied toward your scheduled treatment. If you cancel or reschedule outside of our cancellation policy guidelines, your deposit will be forfeited.
4. Gift Cards
All gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash. Gift cards may be used toward any eligible service or retail product.
5. Medical Grade Skincare
For safety and hygiene reasons, all skincare and retail product purchases are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the product is defective.
6. Adverse Reactions or Dissatisfaction
Results vary based on individual factors, and therefore dissatisfaction with a service or lack of expected results does notconstitute grounds for a refund. If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and provide appropriate care.
7. Appointment Cancellations / No-Shows
Failure to show up for your appointment or cancel within the allowed time frame (per our cancellation policy) will result in forfeiture of any deposit or fee associated with that booking.
8. Policy Acceptance
By booking an appointment, purchasing a package, or completing a transaction with LEMON + LEIGH, you acknowledge and agree to this Non-Refundable Policy.
