Courtney Etter
Hi, I’m Courtney Etter, co-owner of LEMON + LEIGH and a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. My background spans ICU, CCU, the cardiac cath lab, and now, the world of aesthetics. I specialize in aesthetic treatments, IV hydration, laser services, and medically managed weight loss — all driven by my passion for helping people feel confident, beautiful, and empowered.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom. My husband Dusty and I married in 2016, and we have three amazing kids. Our oldest son is heading to Weatherford College, our daughter is off to Texas Tech University, and our youngest is about to begin his senior year of high school. Life is full and busy — especially with our seven dogs keeping us constantly entertained!
When I’m not at the spa, you’ll usually find me cheering on my kids at cross country meets, volleyball games, or track events.
Family, fun, and making people feel their best — that’s what fills my heart.
Danielle Piccione
Danielle Piccione, a native of Boyd, TX, is a seasoned professional in the realm of commercial real estate appraisal. A proud alumna of Texas Tech University with a degree in marketing, Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her field. Having called both DFW and Houston home, she has cultivated a deep understanding of diverse markets.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Danielle is the devoted wife of Evan Piccione and a loving mother to their two children, Foster and Brynn. Their household is further enriched by the presence of three dogs and a cat. Danielle's commitment to her family and passion for her work define her multifaceted approach to life.

I’m so happy to be part of the LEMON + LEIGH team! I moved to Texas from Kansas a little over a year ago with my husband, Nathan, and we’ve truly settled in and made it home. I’m also a proud mom to two amazing adult daughters and one wonderful son.
With over 20 years of experience in esthetics and cosmetology, I have a true passion for helping others feel confident, relaxed, and beautiful in their own skin. Whether you’re visiting for a glow-up or just a little “me time,” I’m here to create a customized experience just for you.

Hello, I am Dr. James Piccione Jr, MD. I am a family medicine specialist in Houston, TX, with over 38 years of experience in the medical field. I serve as the medical director for LEMON + LEIGH Spas.
I am a father of two sons, two daughter-in-laws and proud grandfather to my new grandson, Foster Piccone.
