Our initial consultation is a dedicated one-on-one session with a licensed provider focused on understanding your goals, reviewing your skin history, and assessing your concerns. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment roadmap tailored to your needs, whether that includes injectables, laser treatments, medical-grade skincare, facials, chemical peels, or a combination of services over time.
Every plan is built by our licensed team under the direction of our medical director, Dr. James Piccione Jr., MD — in a relaxed Boyd, Texas med spa that feels nothing like a doctor’s office. Clients come to us from Decatur, Rhome, Bridgeport, Paradise and across Wise County, plus Haslet, Justin and Northlake.

Is the consultation free?
Yes. Injectable and laser consultations at LEMON + LEIGH are complimentary, and there is no obligation to book a treatment.
Do I need a consultation before Botox or filler?
New injectable clients start with an assessment so your provider can review your health history, facial anatomy and goals. Whether you can be treated the same day depends on the treatment — your provider will let you know.
Can I get treated the same day as my consultation?
It depends on the treatment. Some services can be done right after your consultation when they are a good fit, while others need prep or a separate appointment. Your provider will let you know what to expect for your plan.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Bring a list of medications and supplements, any recent skincare products you use, and photos of results you like. You will receive intake forms by email to complete before your visit.
What happens after my consultation?
You leave with a personalized plan — which treatments, in what order and when — plus product recommendations. Book when you are ready; there is never any pressure.
