1. Introduction
Welcome to the LEMON + LEIGH Beauty and Wellness Bank program. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Points Accrual
Members will receive 149 points credited to their account each month. Each point is valued at $1.

3. Points Redemption
Members can redeem points for discounts on the following services and products:
- $1 off Tox treatments
- $50 off Filler treatments
- 10% off services
- 15% off products
- One free monthly B12 or Lipo B injection

4. Membership Commitment
Members must commit to a minimum of 3 months in the Beauty and Wellness Bank program.

5. Cancellation Policy
- To terminate your membership, you must provide a 30-day notice via email to info@lemonandleigh.com.
- All accrued points must be used before cancellation. Any unused points will be forfeited upon cancellation.

6. Points Usage Restrictions
- Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
- Points cannot be transferred to other members or accounts.

7. Payment Responsibility
Members are responsible for ensuring that their credit or debit card information is valid and up to date. To change your card information, please contact us directly.

8. Late Payments
In the event of a skipped or late payment, points will be suspended until payment is received. A late fee of $25 will be applied to the account.

9. Modification of Terms
Lemon and Leigh reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions at any time. Members will receive a 30-day notice of any changes.

10. Membership Recurrence
The membership will automatically renew each month until canceled by the member.

11. Gift Card Restrictions
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase or renew membership in the Beauty and Wellness Bank program.

12. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Beauty and Wellness Bank program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
