This Privacy Policy explains how LEMON + LEIGH (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and discloses personal information through www.lemonandleigh.com, our online booking services and our email and text communications (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

Medical information you provide for treatment, including intake forms, treatment records and clinical photographs, is protected health information governed by HIPAA and Texas law. It is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, available upon request, which controls over this Policy for that information.
2. Information We Collect
Our website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies and contains no forms. Our hosting provider receives standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. When you book, purchase gift cards or memberships, or use your client account through our booking platform, you may provide your name, phone number, email, date of birth and payment information. Payment cards are processed by our payment providers and are not stored on our website.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to schedule and provide services, process payments and memberships, respond to inquiries, send communications you have agreed to receive, secure the Services and comply with law.
4. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to service providers that help us operate, including Boulevard (booking and payments), Cherry, Klarna and Affirm (financing you apply for), email and text-message providers, Cloudflare (hosting) and Google (maps and fonts); when required by law; to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
5. Email and Text Messages
With your consent, we may send appointment and marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and Third Parties
Third-party content on our site, such as embedded maps, the financing calculator and our booking platform, may use its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party websites we link to.
